Available for persons over the age of 18. Teenagers between the ages of 16 and 17 must bring their custodial parent, and both the parent and child MUST bring proper ID. The IDs must have matching addresses and last names. If you do not have a drivers license, you may provide an original birth certificate with a photo ID and all the pertaining documentation needed must be presented at the time of service.
